The Annual Meeting and Luncheon occurs every spring and is held at varying places of interest throughout the Commonwealth.  This has included the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Duquesne Club in Pittsburgh, the historic Gettysburg Hotel, John Heinz History Center in Pittsburgh, Hershey Country Club, and the Bayfront Convention Center in Erie.  Attendance is by invitation and reservation.

The 2010 Annual Meeting and Luncheon was held in Erie on April 30, 2010. The 2011 Annual Meeting and Luncheon will be held in Philadelphia in the Spring of 2011.
