The Annual Meeting and Luncheon occurs every spring and is held at varying places of interest throughout the Commonwealth.  This has included the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Duquesne Club in Pittsburgh, the historic Gettysburg Hotel, John Heinz History Center in Pittsburgh, Hershey Country Club, and the Bayfront Convention Center in Erie.  Attendance is by invitation and reservation.

The 2011 Annual Meeting and Luncheon was held in Philadelphia on Friday, April 29, 2011. The 2012 Annual Meeting and Luncheon will be held on April 27, 2012 in Lancaster at the Lancaster County Convention Center.
