The safety of all our guests is our highest priority. Please note that we are implementing the following additional security measures: 

• Each guest will be required to check in with ID at the registration table upon arrival. If you are hosting a table, please inform your guests that they must bring ID to check in.

• All guests will be required to pass through a metal detector and bag check station. (Health related accommodations will be made.)

• Backpacks are not permitted in the ballroom. Handbags larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches are not permitted in the ballroom. You are invited to check larger bags at coat check.
