The safety and comfort of all our guests is our highest priority. As such, we are pleased to share the following event information:

• Guests should enter the Waldorf Astoria via East 49th Street.

• Coat check is on the 3rd floor. All event spaces are on the 4th floor.

• Cocktails will be held in the Astor Salon, Basildon Room, and Jade Room.

• Dinner will be held in the Grand Ballroom.

• Dessert Reception and dancing will immediately follow the dinner in the Astor Salon, Basildon Room, and Jade Room.

• Each guest will be required to check in at the registration table upon arrival. If you are hosting a table, please inform your guests that they must check in.

• All guests will be required to pass through a metal detector and bag check station. (Health related accommodations will be made.)

• Backpacks and handbags larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches are not permitted in the ballroom. You are invited to check larger bags at coat check.

• In accordance with New York State law, the possession of firearms or weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether the attendee holds a valid concealed permit.  

• We are unable to accept changes to the guest list the day of the event.
